BedTaxJP 初期導入費用（税抜・契約時一括）/ Setup Fee (tax exclusive, one-time at contract signing) 施設数 1〜3 / 1-3 facilities: ¥350,000 施設数 4〜9 / 4-9 facilities: ¥450,000 施設数 10以上 / 10+ facilities: ¥550,000 ※ 白馬村の宿泊税対応システム改修事業補助金により、100%還付対象。申請書類は当社で作成いたします。 100% reimbursable via the Hakuba Village Accommodation Tax System Modification Subsidy. 販売価格以外にお客様に発生する金銭 Additional Fees	マーケティングコンサルティングサービス：なし / None BedTaxJP：消費税10%（税抜表記の料金について別途発生）。無料トライアル期間はございません。インターネット接続料等、サービス利用に必要な通信費はお客様のご負担となります。 10% Japanese consumption tax (added to tax-exclusive prices). No free trial period is offered. Internet connection and other communication costs required to use the service are borne by the customer.

お支払時期 Payment Period	マーケティングコンサルティングサービス：毎月1日にご請求 Charged on the 1st of each month BedTaxJP：・初期導入費用：お申込み時にStripeチェックアウトにて即時決済・月額利用料：毎月1日の午前6時（日本時間）に、前月分を請求書発行・登録カードへ自動課金 Setup fee: Charged immediately at Stripe Checkout upon signup Monthly fee: Invoice issued and auto-charged to the registered card on the 1st of each month at 06:00 JST, for the prior month’s accommodation tax collection ※ 宿泊税の徴収は2026年6月1日より開始されるため、2026年5月以前にご契約された場合も、初回のご請求は2026年7月1日発行（2026年6月分）となります。 Since accommodation tax collection begins 2026-06-01, contracts signed on or before 2026-05-31 will have their first invoice issued on 2026-07-01 (covering June 2026 collection). ※ 日割り計算は行いません。月途中のご契約の場合、契約月分の初回ご請求は翌月1日となり、請求額は下限（¥5,000）又は契約月の徴収額の4%（いずれか高い金額）となります。 No proration. サービスの提供時期 Delivery Time	決済確認後、即時にサービスをご利用いただけます。 Service access is provided immediately upon payment confirmation.
返品・キャンセル・返金について Returns, Cancellations & Refunds	原則 / General Policy 本サービスはデジタルサービスのため、お支払いいただいた料金は、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、原則として返金いたしません（利用規約第9条第4項・第10条第3項）。 As this is a digital service, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (Terms of Service Article 9(4) and 10(3)). 解約 / Cancellation ユーザーは、お問い合わせ窓口（info@thefifthbusiness.io）へのメール連絡、または本サービス内「アカウント解約」機能により、いつでも翌月以降の更新を停止することができます。契約期間中の解約による日割り返金は行いません。解約は翌月以降の自動課金を停止するものであり、既にお支払いいただいた当月分の料金は返金されません。 Users may cancel future monthly renewals at any time by emailing info@thefifthbusiness.io or by using the “Cancel Account” function within the Service. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations. Cancellation stops auto-billing for subsequent months only; the current month’s fee, once paid, is not refunded. BedTaxJP初期導入費用について / BedTaxJP Setup Fee BedTaxJPの初期導入費用は、白馬村が実施する宿泊税対応システム改修事業補助金により、事業者に100%還付されるべき性質のものであり、返金は行いません。補助金の交付・不交付はユーザーと白馬村との関係において決定されるものであり、補助金が交付されなかった場合においても、当社は初期導入費用の返金義務を負いません。 The BedTaxJP setup fee is designed to be reimbursed 100% via the Hakuba Village Accommodation Tax System Modification Subsidy and is non-refundable. The granting of the subsidy is a matter between the user and Hakuba Village; even if the subsidy is not granted, the Company bears no obligation to refund the setup fee. サービスに重大な不具合がある場合 / In Case of Material Defect 当社の責めに帰すべき事由により、サービスが一定期間提供されなかった場合、または重大な不具合があった場合は、当社の判断により、代替サービスの提供又は該当期間分の料金の一部返金を行うことがあります。 In the event of a material defect or extended outage attributable to the Company, we may, at our discretion, provide substitute service or partially refund fees for the affected period. 返金方法 / Refund Method 返金を行う場合、原則としてお支払いに使用されたクレジットカードへの返金処理のみ対応いたします。現金・銀行振込・その他の方法による返金は行いません。 Where refunds are issued, they are processed only to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds by cash, bank transfer, or other methods are not provided.
